Job Opening: Accounts Executive

Location: New Guddadahalli Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Company

We are a growing innerwear brand with a strong presence in the retail market and expanding operations. We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally Gold

• Record purchase entries, sales entries, and expense entries

• Maintain proper ledger records and ensure accuracy in books

Bank & Financial Reconciliation

• Perform bank reconciliation

• Verify financial transactions and maintain clear records

Outstanding & Payment Follow-ups

• Maintain customer outstanding reports

• Call customers and follow up for pending payments

• Update payment status and maintain collection records

Purchase & Goods Inward

• Maintain purchase records and entries

• Handle transport and goods inward entries

• Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams

Reports & Analysis

• Maintain reports related to:

• Sales

• Outstanding payments

• Basic financial analysis

• Provide updates to management when required

Vendor & Document Management

• Maintain vendor records party-wise

• Organize invoices, purchase bills, and accounting documents

• Ensure all files and documents are maintained properly

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally Gold

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Basic understanding of accounting processes

• Good communication skills for payment follow-ups

• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work

Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years experience in accounting

• Experience handling day-to-day accounting tasks

• Responsible and disciplined with financial records

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving business environment
