Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger

• Individual accounts

• Bank related work/KYC/etc.

Taxation & Compliance

• GST calculation, filing, and reconciliation

• Handling TDS, Income Tax, and statutory deductions

• Ensuring compliance with all government regulations

• Coordinating with auditors (internal & statutory)

Industry-Specific Responsibilities (Printing/Manufacturing)

• Costing and inventory accounting (paper, ink, consumables)

• Monitoring production cost and wastage control

• Job costing and batch costing

• Vendor reconciliation and purchase accounting

• Managing receivables and payables

Systems & Reporting

• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP software

• MIS reporting for management review

• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management

• Data analysis and financial reporting in Excel

Required Skills

• Strong accounting and financial management knowledge

• Expertise in GST, TDS, and taxation laws

• Experience in manufacturing or printing industry preferred

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and team coordination

Qualifications

• B.Com
