Job Description: Accountant

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting knowledge and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments

• Handle cash book, bank book, and ledger maintenance

• Perform bank reconciliation statements regularly

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns

• Maintain bills, vouchers, and supporting documents

• Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education:

• B.Com or relevant commerce background (preferred)
