About Merown Electric

Merown Electric is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Solar Street Lights, Lithium Batteries, Solar Inverters, and Renewable Energy Solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who can efficiently manage financial records while also handling inventory and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

• Maintain daily accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices (where applicable).

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and expense records.

• Coordinate with CA for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.

• Generate financial reports and MIS as required.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials and finished goods.

• Update inventory transactions in the ERP/Tally system.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

• Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Dispatch & Logistics

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.

• Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.

• Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries.

• Track dispatched orders and update customers regarding shipment status.

• Maintain dispatch records and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper packing and loading.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, inventory, and dispatch operations.

• Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems.

• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
