Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records and ensure accurate financial reporting. The Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, maintaining financial documents, preparing reports, managing invoices and payments, and supporting overall finance-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.

• Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and other statutory compliances.

• Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external vendors when required.

• Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing.

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar finance role.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation procedures.

• Familiarity with financial reporting and audit processes.

Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month + PF
