We Matrix Elevators are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, and assist in budgeting and audits.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file returns (e.g., GST, TDS)
Assist in budgeting and forecasting
Conduct internal audits and support external audits
Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures
Maintain payroll records and process salaries (if required)
Keep updated with financial laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Skills & Competencies

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
