Hiring: Accounts & Compliance Executive (Semi-Qualified CA/CS/CMA)

Location: Hardoi / Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts, Taxation and Compliance team.

Preferred Qualification

• CA Intermediate Passed, OR

• CS Executive Passed, OR

• CMA Intermediate Passed

However, candidates with relevant practical experience will also be considered even if they have not cleared the above examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Compliance

• MCA Filings (Incorporation, Annual Filing, Event-Based Filings, etc.)

• Maintenance of statutory records and compliance calendars

• Drafting of resolutions, notices and related corporate documents

Accounting & Book Keeping

• Complete Book Keeping and Accounting

• Strong command over Tally Prime

• Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny and Finalization Support

• Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports

GST Compliance

• GST Return Filing

• GST Reconciliation

• Handling GST notices and departmental communications

• Working knowledge of Input Tax Credit provisions

Income Tax & TDS Compliance

• TDS Calculation and Return Filing

• Income Tax Compliance and Documentation

• Preparation of working papers and reconciliations

• Responding to tax notices and departmental queries

Documentation & Drafting

• Drafting professional notices, letters and compliance documents

• Strong command over MS Word and MS Excel

• Preparation of reports, summaries and presentations

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Accounting and Taxation

• Good understanding of MCA, GST, Income Tax and TDS compliances

• Proficiency in Tally Prime

• Good communication and drafting skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Experience

• Freshers with strong practical knowledge may apply.

• Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
