Working Days & Timings:

● Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

● 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Work Mode: On-site

Job Summary:

Logicmax is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling all accounts-related activities without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain complete books of accounts including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations.

● Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable independently

● Prepare and finalize monthly and annual accounts

● Manage GST compliance including return filing and reconciliations

● Handle TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

● Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations

● Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries

● Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants

● Ensure timely statutory filings and adherence to accounting standards

● Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred

● 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience

● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

● Proficiency in Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

● High level of accuracy and attention

Mandatory Skill Set:

● Accounts Payable

● Advance Excel

● Tally Prime

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in handling end-to-end accounting independently

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Problem-solving mindset
