Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Executive

E-commerce Accounting, Excel, GST, Marketplace Reconciliation, Inventory Accounting
Job Role
Handle end-to-end ecommerce accounting for marketplaces and website.
Reconcile order-level data with marketplace settlements and bank entries.
Account for returns, refunds, RTOs, commissions, ads, logistics charges.
Maintain GST-compliant sales and settlement data.
Track SKU-wise inventory, stock aging, and cost analysis.
Generate daily sales reports and stock forecasts.
Candidate Profile
Strong Advance Excel skills (mandatory). Ability to handle 1000s of rows without errors.
Accounting knowledge with GST exposure.
Basic ecommerce understanding preferred.
Education
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / CA-Inter / Accounts Graduate
Industry
E-commerce / Retail / D2C
