Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger posting, and bookkeeping.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance, including return filing.
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and support management with financial analysis.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, and government authorities regarding financial matters.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Guide and support junior accountants in daily accounting activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office
GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC compliance knowledge
Bookkeeping and Finalization of Accounts
Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Verification
Financial Reporting and MIS
Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills
Communication and Team Management
