We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliance activities for various clients of the CA firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime and other accounting software.

- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.

- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

- Prepare trial balance, profit & loss accounts and balance sheets.

- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

2. GST Compliance

- Preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

- GST reconciliation between books and GSTR-2B.

- Preparation of GST workings and tax payment challans.

- GST registration, amendment and cancellation.

- Assist in GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C preparation.

3. Income Tax & TDS

- Preparation and filing of individual and business ITRs.

- TDS computation, return preparation and filing.

- Preparation of Form 16/16A and tax computations.

- Income tax notices and basic compliance follow-ups.

- Preparation of tax audit data and supporting schedules.

4. Registrations & Other Compliance

- GST, PAN, TAN and other statutory registrations.

- Professional Tax (PTEC/PTRC) registration and compliance.

- MSME/Udyam registration.

- Shop Act and other business registrations.

- ROC-related documentation and compliance assistance.

5. General Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients for documents and information.

- Maintain client-wise files and compliance trackers.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Report work progress to the Senior/Proprietor.
