Khandelwal Decor World is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.

Manage accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Perform regular bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.

Handle GST-related accounting and documentation, including coordination for GST returns.

Assist with TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance as required.

Maintain proper records of expenses and verify bills and supporting documents.

Prepare periodic reports such as outstanding, receivables/payables, cash flow, and basic P&L statements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers when required.

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.

Support management with accounting data and financial information whenever required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in trading, retail, distribution, or similar businesses will be an advantage.

Familiarity with inventory-related accounting.

Experience handling multiple ledgers and regular customer/vendor reconciliations.
