About the Role

Kaleen Lifestyle Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.

• Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Prepare MIS reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

• Work efficiently on Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Executive.

• B.Com or M.Com (Commerce background is mandatory).

• Good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
