Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and stock/inventory management. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining accurate records to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.

· Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely compliance.

· Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns in compliance with statutory requirements.

· Monitor and manage day-to- day sales//purchase/stock/inventory accounts ledger.

· Prepare balance sheet of profit and loss accounts.

· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and preparation of financial statements.

· Maintain proper documentation and support for all accounting transactions.

· Generate financial reports and MIS for management review.

· Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting best practices.

· Bank reconciliation monthly basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.

· Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).

· Solid understanding of Sales, Purchase and stock management processes.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
