Jhopdi.com is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

• Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and expense monitoring.

• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and expense tracking.

• Coordinate with auditors and support in finalizing accounts.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or related field (mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

• Understanding of taxation, GST, and compliance procedures.

• Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical thinking.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
