Job Description

Jayess Pride Company is looking for a skilled and dedicated Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, documentation, and financial reporting. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

2. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

3. Prepare and maintain sales and purchase records.

4. Manage customer billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

5. Maintain daily cash, bank, and expense records.

6. Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.

7. Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

8. Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

9. Monitor company expenses and maintain proper financial records.

10. Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and other departments.

11. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

12. Assist management with budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.

13. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

• Experience in Bank Reconciliation.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.

• CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates with experience in handling complete accounts independently will be preferred.
