# 🚀 We're Hiring | Accounts Executive | Ahmedabad | Finance & Accounts

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, financial operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and reporting.

-- 1–4 Years of Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

-- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping

-- Prepare and process vendor payments, receipts, and journal entries

-- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests

-- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Reconciliation & Finance Operations:

-- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances

-- Manage and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers

-- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

-- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals

Taxation & Compliance:

-- Prepare GST workings and assist with GST compliance

-- Handle TDS calculations and related documentation

-- Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable policies and standards

Reporting & Audit:

-- Assist in monthly closing activities

-- Support preparation of MIS reports

-- Coordinate with internal and external auditors

-- Maintain records required for audit and statutory compliance

Required Qualifications:

-- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

-- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance

-- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and financial processes

-- Proficiency in MS Excel

-- Experience with accounting or ERP software

-- Strong analytical and numerical skills

-- Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have:

-- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure

-- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Farvision

-- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
