Role Description:

iTech E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and Microsoft Excel, along with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to manage day-to-day financial operations effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and purchase billing, invoice generation, and documentation.

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Journal). 

• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger updates.

• Prepare and maintain GST-related records, E-invoices, and data for monthly returns.

• Manage petty cash, expense vouchers, and office expense records.

• Prepare MIS reports and other data in Excel as required.

• Good Knowledge of TDS.

• Support in audit documentation and maintain proper filing of accounts documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is a must

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

• Good communication
