Position:
Accounts & HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Work
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
Pass sales and purchase entries with proper documentation
Prepare tax invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans
Maintain sales register and purchase register
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Manage accounts receivable and payable follow-ups
Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and monthly reports
Coordinate with CA for audits and tax filing
HR Work
Employee attendance and leave management
Salary preparation and payroll coordination
Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Employee joining, documentation, and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR files
Support employee engagement and office administration
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, payroll, and accounting entries
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Ability to handle confidential data
Qualification:
B.Com / MBA HR / Graduate
1–3 years experience preferred
