Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant
Job Location: Noida
Job Summary:
Insono Hearing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle bookkeeping, ledger management, and account reconciliation.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor transactions.
Maintain GST records and support GST filing activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for payment and accounting-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
1–3 years of experience as an Accountant (preferred).
Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in handling company accounts independently.
Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance processes.
Responsible, honest, and detail-focused approach towards work.
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
