Roles & Responsibility:
Manage daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts and payments in Tally Prime.
Handle cash & bank reconciliation, client/vendor ledger maintenance and discrepancy resolution.
Prepare client invoices and reconcile client-wise laundry quantities, challans and billing.
Track client outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.
Maintain vendor accounts, verify invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
Track operational expenses including chemicals, fuel/gas, electricity, repairs, transport and manpower.
Coordinate with the operations team to resolve billing, quantity and challan discrepancies.
Maintain employee salary, advance and payment records and coordinate payroll.
Assist with GST, TDS and statutory requirements in coordination with the CA.
Maintain accurate accounting records, supporting documents and compliance files.
Prepare regular MIS/management updates on collections, payments, outstanding balances and expenses.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, operations, employees, management and CA for smooth financial operations.
