Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Tally Prime Trainer / Faculty to deliver practical accounting and taxation training to students and working professionals. The role focuses on hands-on teaching of accounting concepts, Tally Prime software, and real-world accounting practices to make students job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on Accounting fundamentals

• Teach Tally Prime with real-time practical entries

• Explain GST concepts, returns, and compliance basics

• Train students on voucher entries, ledger creation, and reports

• Conduct hands-on lab sessions using real business case studies

• Prepare and update course material, assignments, and practice exercises

• Evaluate student performance through tests and practical assessments

• Provide one-to-one doubt-solving and mentoring

• Guide students in final projects and practical accounting scenarios

• Maintain attendance, batch records, and academic reports

• Coordinate with academic and placement teams for curriculum alignment

• Participate in demo sessions, workshops, and admission counselling support

Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime

• Understanding of GST, basic income tax, and compliance concepts

• Ability to handle practical accounting entries and reports

• Knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate)

• Familiarity with real-world accounting processes

Teaching & Soft Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain accounting concepts in simple language

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills

• Patient, supportive, and student-focused approach

• Organized with proper documentation habits

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience as an Accounts Trainer / Tally Faculty preferred

• Industry experience in accounts, taxation, or finance roles is an advantage

• Comfortable teaching freshers and non-commerce students

• Certification in Tally / GST will be an added benefit
