Accountant – Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Virar West
Experience: 1–3+ Years
Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, purchase and sales records.

• Handle invoices, billing, and payment follow-ups.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist in GST filings, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

• Maintain stock and inventory records in coordination with the sales team.

• Reconcile bank statements and prepare basic financial reports.

• Support auditors and senior management with required documents.

• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or any accounting software.

• Flexible, honest, and willing to learn attitude.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation will be an added advantage.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
