Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and statutory compliance. Candidates will be considered for Junior or Senior Accountant positions based on their experience, technical knowledge, and ability to independently handle accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Manage ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, cash transactions, and payment tracking.

• Prepare GST returns, TDS documentation, and other statutory filings as applicable.

• Assist with monthly and annual account closing and finalization.

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and expense summaries.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and internal departments.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

• Support cash flow monitoring, compliance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Junior Accountant: 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Senior Accountant: 6+ years of relevant experience, with the ability to independently manage accounts and handle finalization and compliance.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

• Proficiency in Tally or equivalent accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
