Accountant

Hittok Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, statutory compliances, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments

• Handle GST compliance: return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.), reconciliation, and challans

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

• Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, bills, and expenses

• Assist in audits and coordinate with CA/auditors

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Support management with financial reports and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

• Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 1–3 years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)

• Good command of MS Excel and basic computer skills

• Attention to detail and strong numerical ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling company compliance and filings

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills
