Accountant

Job Description:

Hitex Healthcare Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to independently handle complete accounting operations for the company unit located at KASEZ, Gandhidham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Maintain purchase, sales, bank and journal entries.

• Preparation and reconciliation of ledgers and financial records.

• Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.

• Manage bank reconciliation and payment entries.

• Prepare MIS reports and accounting reports as required.

• Independently manage overall accounting activities of the company unit.

• Handle SEZ-related accounting documentation and compliance.

• Ensure proper maintenance of records and statutory documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments for account-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com preferred).

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts.

• Experience handling complete accounts independently.

• Strong knowledge of GST filing and accounting processes.

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

• SEZ experience will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Tally, ERP and MS Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Location Preference: Candidate willing to work at KASEZ, Gandhidham, Kutch.

This role is suitable for a candidate who can take ownership and independently manage all accounting activities from bookkeeping to statutory compliance.
