Job Title: Accountant

Location: Keshav Nagar,Jaipur.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software and Tally ERP/TallyPrime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in Busy Software and Tally.

• Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Manage invoicing, billing, and vendor/customer accounts.

• Maintain cash books, journals, and general ledgers.

• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required.

• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Busy Software and Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Good understanding of accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in inventory accounting.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: uotp 30-35000
