Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

• Handle invoices, billing, receipts and payment entries.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain records in Tally/accounting software.

• Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting-related compliance.

• Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.

• Verify bills, expenses and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams for payment and billing requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• 1–1.5 years of experience in accounting/accounts operations.

• B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification preferred.

• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

• Understanding of basic accounting, GST, TDS and reconciliation.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle routine accounting work independently.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
