We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Hesa Enterprises Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for professional growth.
We are looking for candidates who can independently manage transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, payments and accounting records using Zoho Books.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage day-to-day accounting activities in Zoho Books
🔹 Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes & debit notes
🔹 Handle accounts payable & accounts receivable
🔹 Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
🔹 Record and track payments, receipts, expenses and journal entries
🔹 Maintain customer and vendor accounts
🔹 Support GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements
🔹 Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports
🔹 Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely closure of books
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and auditors for accounting requirements
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Experience in GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliations
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Ability to generate and understand financial/MIS reports
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Candidates who can join immediately / at short notice will be preferred
