Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when required.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Ensure accounting data is accurate and entered on time.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
