About Us

Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing LED lighting manufacturer and solutions provider, dealing in downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights, and outdoor lighting. We work across residential, commercial, and architectural projects and are looking to strengthen our accounts and finance function.

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a mature, confident, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and actively contribute to better cash flow and financial discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling day-to-day accounting operations independently

• Passing and reviewing journal entries

• Managing bank statements and credit card statements

• Entering purchase bills, making sales invoices, and handling sales returns & purchase returns

• Regular payment follow-ups with customers to ensure smooth cash flow

• Coordinating with vendors for purchase bills, payments, and reconciliations

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records

• Preparing and reviewing MIS reports as required

• Supporting management with financial data for decision-making

Technical Skills Required

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

• Strong working knowledge of Busy and Tally

• Clear understanding of accounting concepts and journal entries

• Strong calculation skills and attention to detail

Behavioral & Managerial Skills Required

• Strong grasping power and ability to multitask

• Habit of maintaining a daily to-do list / diary / planning app

• Confident and firm in payment follow-ups and internal coordination

• Ability to question and validate expenses and fund requirements

• Capability to identify expense patterns and suggest cost-cutting measures

• Ability to propose ways to increase cash inflows and improve the cash conversion cycle

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

• Confident personality with the ability to handle pressure and resolve issues

Experience

• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

• Experience in trading / manufacturing / B2B businesses will be an advantage

Salary

💰 ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience, capability, and calibre

Location Preference

Candidates residing near Chattarpur / South Delhi will be preferred for better coordination and daily commuting.
