Designation: Accounts & Tax Executive

Qualification & Experience requirement: B.Com/M.com, with relevant experience in similar profile for 4-6 years

GM Corporate Solutions (GMC) is a financial consulting (CA) firm. Candidates looking for an opening in corporates/industries may not apply. Scope of Work: Accounting, TDS and GST Compliances

1.Accounting/data entry in accounting software - TallyPrime for various companies, partnership firms, individuals

2.Preparation of various MIS reports as per the requirements of the clients

3.Compliances management including:

a.TDS Compliances: Preparation of tax calculations, challans, payments and preparation and filing of TDS returns

b.GST Compliances: Preparation of calculations and payment of taxes, verification of invoices to avail input credit and filing multiple returns as per due dates

4.Bank and vendor reconciliation on monthly basis

5.Coordination with banks and management of payments/receipts in various entities

6.Assistance in preparation of financial statements on monthly and annual basis

7.Analysis of financial data and generation of reports for cash flows, monthly/quarterly profitability statements etc.

Skill set required:

1.Ability to manage multiple assignments

2.Strong accounting knowledge and analysis skills

3.Good communication and presentation skills

4.Experienced hand with MS-Word and MS-Excel

5.Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Computax (or other accounting / tax software)

Salary to be offered: Commensurate to the industry practices and experience Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
