Qualification:

B.Com and M.Com from reputed university;

A candidate must be having working experience in a reputed firm and must have good communication and negotiation Skills and need a Accountant who has worked in a government construction company.

A candidate must have experience in handling banking and finance matters including Tally, Audit, TDS, Finalization, Book Keeping, GST, Taxation, Other, Tax returns, Journal Entry.

Job Profile:

1. Drafting and review of project finance documents / Government Tenders documents such as all banking documents, import and exports documents, account & agreement etc.;

2. Preparation of Government Tenders documents and other banking and commercial laws;

3. Drafting and review of notices, application / petition, appeal etc.

4. Preparation of reply to legal notices and drafting of reply and rejoinder to be filed
