Gopi Power Solutions operates in the power solutions sector. The company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support financial compliance.

### Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive with practical experience in Tally, GST, and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, accurate data-entry skills, and the ability to maintain financial records efficiently.

### Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records using Tally.

* Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.

* Prepare and manage bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

* Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payment transactions.

* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

* Maintain accurate ledgers and account statements.

* Assist with GST returns and other statutory compliance activities.

* Prepare reports related to daily transactions and outstanding payments.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and accounts-related queries.

### Required Skills

* Hands-on experience with **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**.

* Good knowledge of **GST and GST-related documentation**.

* Practical experience in **Bank Reconciliation (BRS)**.

* Knowledge of bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial entries.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.

* Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

### Eligibility Criteria

* **Qualification:** B.Com or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.

* **Experience:** 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally, GST, and bank reconciliation will be preferred.
