Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in ERP/Accounting software (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks).

• Handle account reconciliation, including bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits and provide required documentation.

• Perform GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and record maintenance.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, follow-up on outstanding balances.

• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Verify invoices, bills, and purchase orders, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Support management with budgeting and cost tracking.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience (1–2 years) as an Account Executive, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar role.

• Any Bachelor's degree.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and business operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
