Job Summary

The Back Office Executive will support the Accounting, Audit, and Taxation teams by handling day-to-day financial operations, maintaining records, coordinating with clients and auditors, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage books of accounts in Tally

Communicate with clients and address their requirements

Coordinate with auditors for audit completion

Perform bank and cash reconciliations

Handle statutory compliances including TDS, GST, returns, and audits

Assist in preparation of monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance

Manage online statutory payments

Prepare MIS reports in required formats

Maintain and file legal and official documents (contracts, agreements, etc.)

Track renewals and document expiries

Perform additional tasks as assigned by seniors

Qualifications

Graduate (B.Com / BAF)

Certification in Tally and WINMAN preferred

Experience Requirements

1-2years of total experience

Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a CA firm

Experience in handling accounts of SMEs independently

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting in Tally

Hands-on experience in TDS, GST, and ITR filings

Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interact with clients professionally

Adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented
