Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Ecommerce Accountant to handle financial operations related to online sales channels such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and other ecommerce platforms. The candidate will manage settlements, reconcile marketplace reports, track expenses, and ensure accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart settlement reports
• Record daily sales, returns, refunds, and expenses
• Verify commission, shipping, marketing and other deductions
• Prepare Profit & Loss reports marketplace-wise
• Maintain GST records and provide data for filing
• Track inventory value and product profitability (ASP, margin, RMPU)
• Identify payment mismatches and coordinate for resolution
• Maintain proper financial documentation
• Prepare monthly financial reports

Skills Required:

• Strong accounting knowledge
• Good Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Experience in Tally / Zoho / Busy
• Knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces
• Attention to detail

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
