Salary – 35 k to 40 k

 Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

 Conduct periodic internal audits for both manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

 Ensure accurate deduction of TDS on applicable payments such as salaries, contractor bills, rent, professional fees, etc.

 Maintain updated records of all TDS transactions and coordinate with auditors and vendors for reconciliation.

 Ensure timely payment of GST liability and maintenance of GST ledger accounts.

 Reconcile import ledgers with purchase accounts and inventory to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

 Develop and maintain a product-wise cost sheet to track manufacturing expenses accurately.

 Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to domestic and international vendors.

 Stock Management & Production Entries

 Must have knowledge of ERP .
