Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Ads Specialist, based in Gurgaon. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing ad strategies on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, optimizing campaigns to increase visibility and sales. Responsibilities also include performance analysis, identifying market trends, managing customer interactions, and driving revenue growth. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance brand positioning and explore new business opportunities is also expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in E-Commerce platforms and strategies.

• Excellent Sales skills and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

• Exceptional Analytical Skills for performance evaluation, strategy optimization, and market trend analysis.

• Customer Service experience combined with solid Communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on detail and results.

• Knowledge of quick commerce platforms and familiarity with advertising tools specific to e-commerce.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are an advantage.

• Prior experience in the digital retail or e-commerce industry is preferred.
