Job Description – Accounts Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, GST, TDS, invoice processing, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities. Experience in e-commerce accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.

• Generate and maintain Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices.

• Record all types of expense entries accurately.

• Pass bank receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally Prime.

• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Reconcile Debtors and Creditors regularly.

• Maintain accurate GST-related accounting records.

• Assist in TDS calculations and accounting entries.

• Handle accounting for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (preferred).

• Maintain manual bank entry registers with neat handwriting and proper formatting.

• Prepare reports in MS Excel using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments and auditors whenever required.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime Software.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

• Experience in invoice generation and accounting entries.

• Good knowledge of Bank, Debtor, and Creditor Reconciliation.

• Experience in e-commerce accounting is preferred.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good handwriting for maintaining manual registers.

Preferred Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

• Knowledge of accounting standards and taxation is an added advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
