Job Title: Accountant cum Back Office Administrator

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant cum Back Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, administrative, and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Accounting:*

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records

- Prepare financial reports and statements

- Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements

- *Back Office Administration:*

- Manage office operations, including HR, administration, and facilities

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers

- Maintain accurate records and files

- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations

- Perform other administrative tasks as required

- *Other Tasks:*

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics

- Assist in data entry and management

- Provide administrative support to the management team

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in accounting and administration

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)

- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
