Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in handling financial data.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems
Prepare and manage sales, purchase, and expense entries
Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and collections
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
