Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records using our customized accounting software. The selected candidate will receive training on the software directly from the owner and should be willing to make a long-term commitment with the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in customized accounting software.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.

• Handle Excel-based reports, calculations, and data management.

• Coordinate and follow up with vendors regarding pending payments and account-related matters.

• Assist in maintaining proper documentation of invoices, payments, and expenses.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

• Support day-to-day accounting and administrative activities as required.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and daily transaction handling.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.

• Ability to learn and work on customized software.

• Strong follow-up skills and good communication with vendors.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized approach to work.
