Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance department. You will support our senior accountants by managing day-to-day financial data, updating ledgers, and ensuring accuracy in our accounting books. This is an entry-level position ideal for a hard-working person who wants to grow their finance career.
Key Responsibilities
Update financial records and post daily journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and processing bills.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Organize and file financial documents.
Support payroll processing and expense tracking.
Help prepare basic financial reports and statements.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of proven experience in an accounting role or internship.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
High attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
