Job Description – Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our Accounts & Finance team. Candidates with basic knowledge of Accounting, Tally Prime, MS Excel and GST are welcome to apply.

Freshers and Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

• Handle Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt and Journal Entries.

• Assist in Bank Reconciliation (BRS).

• Work on Tally Prime / Accounting Software.

• Assist in GST Data Preparation and GST Return Filing.

• Maintain Accounts Payable and Receivable.

• Assist in TDS, Invoicing and Documentation.

• Prepare basic MIS Reports and Excel Statements.

• Support senior accountants in daily accounting and taxation activities.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / 12th Commerce or equivalent.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles is preferred.

• Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS is desirable.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Candidates with a positive attitude and career-oriented mindset.
