Job Title: Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting operations for the firm and its clients. The candidate should have practical knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, financial documentation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries for clients.

Handle sales, purchase, expense, journal, and payment entries.

Prepare ledgers, trial balances, and bank reconciliations.

Assist with GST return preparation and filing.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, deposits, and related documentation.

Assist with income tax return preparation and filing.

Prepare invoices, vouchers, financial statements, and accounting reports.

Maintain client financial records and statutory documents.

Coordinate with clients to collect financial data and resolve accounting queries.

Ensure timely completion of accounting and tax-related assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

B.Com or an equivalent qualification preferred.

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting or CA firm.

Practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Understanding of GST, TDS, income tax, and accounting principles.

Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Additional Qualification (Preferred)

Candidates pursuing or qualified as a CA (Chartered Accountant) or CS (Company Secretary) will have an added advantage. This is a preferred qualification, not mandatory.
