We are hiring a Female Accountant for a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Bareilly.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records, handling invoices and financial documentation, updating ledgers, and supporting routine accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and transactions.
Handle sales and purchase invoices and accounting entries.
Maintain ledger accounts and financial records.
Manage basic bank and cash transactions.
Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
Work on Tally and MARG accounting software.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting files.
Coordinate with the internal team for accounting-related requirements.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally and MARG software.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of accounting software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
Gender: Female
Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Bareilly
Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month
Education: Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / relevant field preferred.
Candidates with relevant accounting experience in the pharmaceutical/trading industry can be preferred.
