Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's complete accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's complete accounting and financial operations.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and payments.

• Manage GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Manage budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

• Supervise payroll accounting and employee reimbursement records.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, clients, and tax consultants.

• Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with applicable laws.

• Maintain proper financial documentation and records for audits.

• Identify accounting discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.

• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff, if applicable.

• Prepare financial reports and provide accounting updates to management.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter; a qualified CA is preferred.

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.

• Excellent working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end accounting independently.

• Ability to handle financial deadlines and statutory requirements.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to report financial performance and issues directly to management.

Working Conditions

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: As per company policy

• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise
