Accounts Executive/Accountant

Location: B-35, I.D.C, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Opposite Sector-14, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

  Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in accounting software.

  Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

  Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

  Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

  Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

  Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.

  Maintain vendor and customer account records and coordinate with purchase department.

  Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and assessments.

  Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.

  Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

 Required Candidate Profile

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

  Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

  Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

  Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

  Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.

Preferred Skills

 Experience in the Furniture, Interior Design, Manufacturing, Retail, or Construction industry.

  Knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

  Advanced Excel skills and MIS reporting experience.

  Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
