Accountant – Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, including client billing, payment follow-ups, salary processing, fund management and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly client invoices/bills for digital marketing and other services provided by the company.

• Maintain accurate records of client payments, outstanding amounts and receivables.

• Coordinate with clients for payment collection and follow-ups and ensure payments are received within agreed timelines.

• Manage and track company funds, cash flow, expenses and day-to-day financial transactions.

• Prepare and process monthly salary calculations and payroll for employees, including deductions and adjustments where applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of employee salaries, advances, reimbursements and other payments.

• Verify and record office expenses, vendor payments and other business expenditures.

• Conduct regular financial reconciliation and auditing of accounts, transactions, receipts, invoices and payments.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for billing, collections, expenses, payroll and accounting transactions.

• Prepare regular financial reports and outstanding payment reports for management review.

• Coordinate with management and external CA/auditors for accounting, taxation, compliance and audit-related requirements.
